Ultegra, you can use any that use single rings to make up the cassette.

The cable still extends but the mech doesn't move, so you end up with some slack cable between the fixing on the mech and where the cable exits the outer cable.

The black screw is mega long, so that it can't shift past the 5th gear. Like when you reach the end of a 9 speed, just a bit earlier.

Maybe try Ebay or other sites or wait for the reply of Ghost.These frame are so cheap since the whole bike are not expensive.
